👋 Hiii! I am Michele Arleo, a Digital Art Director & UX/UI Designer settled between Lombardy and Switzerland.

I started working as a freelancer and trained with some digital agencies while perfecting my technique by attending specialized courses and then I landed in Milan and started working for some big Companies.

In Milan, I approached the startup environment for the first time when I was hired as Art Director by Lorenzo Vinci. That was probably the turning point of my career, not only because it allowed me to develop a range of skills, from simple brand development to event management, but also because I started to think about my business idea that has engaged me in the following years.

I started my H-FARM adventure in 2015 with foodyexperience.com, having been selected among 5,000 other startups, while my co-founder and I were just in the early stages of our project. The following years have been both a succession of emotions (as you can hear from every single  'startupper') and continuous training, inside the incubator (thanks to constant mentoring and activities on the most diverse topics) and outside.

I am the Foody business co-founder, and I've been the Digital Art Director and UX/UI Lead, taking care of HTML & CSS too during the development phase. Our adventure culminated in Genoa, Italy, where we launched the web-app (entirely built in-house), and the company is still operational. Since the design is continuously evolving, I never had the intention to leave my job and continued to work, first as a freelancer and then for some companies.
